Every extra virgin oil we carry comes from a single olive variety, not a blended mix of what was cheapest that season. You taste the difference immediately.

Early harvest & hand picked
Our olives are harvested while still green for maximum polyphenols and fresh flavour. Most commercial oils use overripe olives that yield more volume and almost no polyphenol quality that EVOO is truly known for.

Crushed within 24 hours
From tree to oil in under a day. The longer the gap between harvest and crushing, the more flavour and nutrition is lost. Our oils are made at peak freshness.

Every oil we carry comes with verified chemistry markers confirming it genuinely meets International Olive Council extra virgin olive oil standards.
