Medium Intensity Spanish Picual EVOO (Oct 2022)
This is a fantastic, very fresh, robust, early harvest Picual. The aroma is tropical and herbal. The ripe flavours are subtle tropical and passionfruit. The herbal green flavours dominate as a complex mix of artichoke, green banana, green tea, mint, nettle, tomato leaf, and cinnamon. It stays persistent in the mouth with a black pepper and chili pepper finish.
