Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Oils and Vinegars
All oils and vinegars are final sale. No refunds. Exchanges may be done for unopened bottles only within seven (7) days of purchase. Proof of purchase/payment required.
Kitchenware items are not produced in-house. While we do our best to bring you quality items, we are a small business and will do our best to work with you on exchanging or replacing any defective items on a case-by-case basis.
We will only accept exchanges for kitchenware if the item you purchased is defective. Defects must be noted and called/emailed in within seven (7) days of purchase. Please call us at 905-620-1444 or email email@example.com with details of the product and the defect, and pictures if possible. You can also bring the item you consider defective to our store location:

We will fully examine the product and inform you whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product. If an item is truly defective and an exchange or replacement is not available, we may choose to refund the value of your purchase on to a gift card.
After seven (7) days from purchase, no replacements or exchanges will be provided.
